Well... I was disappointed with this. The piece looked like it had been rushed. The edges were uneven, there were marks in the finish, and a few parts just didn’t sit the way they should. For what it cost, I expected much better craftsmanship. I wouldn’t order again.

I tried to exchange my order it turned into way more of a hassle than I expected. The replies took a while and when I did hear back, the answers weren’t super clear, so I had to repeat myself and ask the same questions again. Most of the time I felt kind of left in the dark about what was actually happening. For something that should’ve been simple, the whole process felt frustrating and poorly handled. I don’t think I’d order again if exchanges are going to be this difficult.

I found a few items I liked, but actually using the website was kind of frustrating. Some pages loaded slowly, and the menu wasn’t super clear, so I kept clicking around more than I expected. The filters didn’t really narrow things down much either. I also got confused because the website would say one thing in one spot, then something different on another page, so I wasn’t always sure what was accurate. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but shopping there felt harder than it needed to be...

I ordered from Oldbaroque the fabric feels really nice on my skin. It’s soft without being too thin, and I wore it for a full day with no itching or stiffness, which I really appreciated. The only downside was that shipping took longer than expected. I’m happy with the item itself, but for the delay, I do feel like some kind of small compensation or discount would be fair.

I ordered this because the design on the website looked really detailed and kind of classy, at least to me. But when it showed up, I had to second-guess whether I’d remembered the listing wrong because it just didn’t match very well. The shapes and pattern seemed off, and the colors looked a lot duller in person.
Maybe I’m being too picky, or maybe I just got a bad one, but I was disappointed. For me, the accuracy just wasn’t there, and I don’t think I’d buy it again.

I had to return one item because it didn’t fit quite right, and the whole process was straightforward. The refund showed up after a few days, which was fine. Support did take a little while to get back to me, but it wasn’t a major issue. Overall, I’d say it’s worth trying, especially since returns don’t feel like a hassle.

The delivery went smoothly and showed up right on time. No drama, no waiting around, boom, it was just there.

I reached out to support, and it took them days to get back to me just to basically say, “check your order.” Super unhelpful. I know what I ordered. Definitely not ordering from here again

I ordered this from oldbaroque.com and yeah, it looked nice when it first showed up. But after just a few uses, it started coming apart like it was made as cheaply as possible. I wasn’t even being rough with it, so I don’t have much patience for something falling apart that fast. For what I paid, I expected it to last longer than a minute. Disappointing.

I was already feeling mentally drained when I bought this, it just made things more frustrating. For the price, I expected a lot more. It’s way too expensive for what you actually get.

I did end up getting my refund, so no major issue there. It just took longer than I expected. I kept checking the status and kind of noticed the same pattern of waiting a few days between updates, so I figured it was moving, just slowly. Overall, it worked out, but I wish the process had been a bit quicker

I’m not happy with the experience at all. Everything felt kind of messy and frustrating, and by the end I was wondering if there were hidden fees or extra charges they just didn’t explain clearly upfront. It didn’t feel worth my time.

I ordered two items in the exact same size, and for some reason they fit completely differently. One was tight in the arms, while the other was way too big around the waist. It makes it hard to trust the size chart, honestly. I don’t want to keep paying for returns just to figure out what might actually fit. Frustrating...

The international shipping was just... really slow. The package did eventually show up, so that's good, but it arrived much later than I thought it would. And the tracking was kind of useless most of the time, like it barely updated and I was just left guessing where it even was...

I usually shop here when I’m picking up stuff for the house, and this time most of what I needed was in stock. One item I was looking for was sold out, which was a little disappointing, but overall it was still a smooth trip.

I was kind of anxious waiting for it, then suddenly it arrived quickly and I was relieved. Nice little surprise to have shipping go that smoothly.

I’m giving 1 star because the communication was really poor. I messaged about my order and didn’t get a clear answer for days. When they finally replied, it felt rushed and still didn’t really answer what I was asking, haha. I ended up having to keep chasing them myself, which got annoying quickly. Overall, not a great experience.

This one was a bit hit or miss. It looked okay at first, but once I actually used it, the quality felt cheap and not as solid as I was hoping. Not the worst, but definitely disappointing.

My box showed up a bit crushed, and it feels like whoever packed or handled it didn’t really take much care. The item was still okay, but the packaging itself was underwhelming.
